Refund Policy

No refunds. Adfolks Software Trading LLC will not provide any refunds for payments of invoices as per details mentioned in SOW.
Advance payments for a project will be refunded only if the project have not been initiated as per agreement.

Thanks for subscribing to our service OpsBrew from Adfolks LLC.
We provide a free community subscription to let you fully evaluate our product before you make a purchase decision. Please use this community subscription to make sure that the software meets your needs before purchasing a license. All of our basic features are functional in this community version.

The available plans from OpsBrew are given below


1) Free trial ( Community subscription)

Opsbrew may provide You with limited access to certain functionalities of the Service for a community subscription. There is no expiry period for this community subscription. The difference is there will be only limited resources. We reserve the right to modify, cancel and/or limit the functionalities available via the Free Trial, at our sole discretion, without notice at any time.


2) Paid Plan (Standard subscription)

Opsbrew offers several auto-renewed Paid Plans, each includes a specified number of features. Unless otherwise agreed to in writing by OpsBrew, subscription billed monthly and shall be renewed automatically for consecutive months each time, unless you disable the organization or disable auto-renewal. Once you have entered into a Paid Plan, we will automatically charge you at the beginning of each applicable Subscription Period for the upcoming Subscription Period.

Services Fees are non-refundable. Under each Paid Plan, You are responsible to pay all Services Fees for the entire Subscription Period - even if You terminated Your subscription and/or ceased using all or part of the Services during such Subscription Period. We may revise the Services Fees at any time, or impose additional fees or charges. If You are on a Paid Plan, We will do this by providing You with at least 14 days notice prior to the next charge. Unless otherwise expressly agreed to in writing, any discounts applied to a certain Subscription Period do not apply to other Subscription Periods.


Cancelation policy for a paid subscription

When canceling a monthly subscription, all future charges associated with future months of your subscription will be canceled. You may notify us of your intent to cancel at any time; your cancellation will become effective at the end of your current monthly billing period. You will not receive a refund; however your subscription access and/or delivery and accompanying subscriber benefits will continue for the remainder of the current monthly billing period.

  2. How do I buy Opsbrew?

    If You decide to buy OpsBrew, You can create your account from our website by providing certain information about Yourself and financial information such as credit card information.

  3. What happens when my subscription is canceled?

    If you cancel the subscription you will no longer be able to use it. In case of forwarding billing, cancellation applies only to the period starting from 14 days after cancellation and the remaining will be refunded. The same applies to renewals as well.

  4. Can I cancel my subscription?

    You can cancel your subscription at any time.
