Description:
- We are looking for a Cloud Support Engineer who will be responsible for monitoring and supporting Public Cloud, Hybrid Cloud and On-premise infrastructure. You will become an integral part of the team, making every problem of the platform a problem of your own, and solving them accordingly.
- Job Responsibilities
- Familiarity with the fundamentals of Linux and Windows OS, basic knowledge in installing, configuring, and maintaining Windows and Linux servers.
- Proactively monitor customer issues until they are fully resolved, keeping the customer informed along the way of incident lifecycle
- Focus on support tickets, incident management and application monitoring.
- Document key learnings as part of the support you provide.
- Build and maintain excellent communication with customers and achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Continually improve skills through work experience and training(s)

Requirements:
- Good to have skill
- Knowledge on Public Clouds: AWS or Azure or Google Cloud Platform
- Knowledge in configuring services such as Apache, Nginx, MySQL, PHP etc.
- Familiarity with Linux servers in Virtualization and Containerization
- Familiarity with the fundamentals of Linux scripting languages: Python, Perl, Bash
- Great verbal and written communication skills
